What is a Stride savings circle?
A savings circle is a trusted group whose members contribute the same amount on a recurring schedule. In every round, one member receives the full pool. The cycle finishes after every member has received a payout.
How does a circle work?
An organizer chooses the contribution amount, frequency, number of members, and payout order. Once invited members accept and verify their accounts, contributions begin and payouts rotate through the group.
What is a trust score?
Your trust score is a 0–100 indicator of reliability. Verification, on-time contributions, community vouches, and completed circles can improve it; late or missed payments can lower it.
What is a vouch?
A vouch means a verified member personally knows and trusts another member. One person can vouch only once for another user, helping the community understand real-world relationships.
What happens if someone misses a payment?
Stride sends reminders and begins a configurable grace period. The member's sponsor is notified and may cover the contribution. Payment and sponsor activity remain visible in the circle history.
How are payments and payouts handled?
Stride is designed to support secure card and bank payments through Stripe, automatic contributions, transaction receipts, refunds, and clear payout tracking.
Who can see contribution activity?
Circle members, the organizer, and authorized administrators can view the contribution ledger based on their permissions, making paid, pending, and late statuses clear.
